because i made the onde-onde last night... and i put them in the fridge to "preserve" them... but this morning when i took the container out... the onde-onde balls are too hard... -_-" so i thought of re-heating (steam) them... 哪里知道... the gula-melaka inside became watery... and i think the skin got thicker (don't ask me why because i also don't know why)... but i still stuffed them to my colleagues for testing... and they told me that I MUST NOT put glutinous rice flour because the flour will make the onde-onde balls get hard... -_-!!! which is entirely different from the recipe we used la... dammit... then my daddy commented that the recipes varies with location such that people in one country may add some ingredients differently with what people in another country will add... huh~ then how ~? i in singapore leh... haha... but i'm going to try from the experience of my aunty colleagues... some day... hohoho... |
